PRFM

Introducing “platelet-rich fibrin matrix” (PRFM) kit for the preparations of PRFM from peripheral blood. PRFM represents the only natural-based method of autologous tissue regeneration.
We at DiponEd follow a controlled process to convert Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to PRFM, thereby creating a fibrin matrix in the form of a gel that serves to protect and preserve platelets. This scaffolding helps in localized delivery of growth factors, essentially increasing the local concentration at the desired location to guide tissue regeneration.

Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix Therapy is a promising application in the field of periodontal regeneration and can be used in clinical situations requiring rapid healing. It also provides benefits in anti aging therapy and many other regenerative applications. It merges cutting-edge technology with the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Platelets contain packets of growth hormones and cytokines that trigger tissues repair, regeneration and enhance healing. PRFM is a fibrin matrix in which platelets, cytokines, growth factors and stem cells are trapped and released after a certain time, that can serve as a resorbable membrane or gel and helps in healing. CTC-KIT

Our CTC separation tube is a simple to use, rapid and efficient system for separation of disseminated circulating tumor cells from human peripheral blood. The system combines the advantages of the cell separation by density gradient centrifugation (rapid, reproducible, cost effective) with highest recovery rates.
It consists of a 13 ml glass tube with an inert polyester gel barrier inserted on top of the unique separation medium. It is perfectly suited to ensure routine and standardized enrichment of circulating tumor cells disseminated by a solid epithelial tumor or melanoma.

MerisisTM Supercell +PRP (FEMI) Kit is a point of care, enclosed device for extraction of MNC’s (Mononuclear Cells) and Platelet Rich Plasma from the peripheral blood. It is an innovative treatment designed for females with reproductive disorders such as endometrial thinning and ovarian rejuvenation. The treatment uses point of care autologous PB-MNC stem cell with freshly prepared PRP and growth factors, which can reconstruct and regenerate tissue in vivo.

BMSC KIT (BONE MARROW STEMCELL CONCENTRATE)

MerisisTM Ortho Supercell + Glue kit is developed to prepare concentrated MNC by centrifugation of the BM blood in a gel separator tube containing thixotropic gel acting as an inert barrier to increase the concentration of important nucleated cells while reducing the volume of the aspirate for added clinical utility. Kit Contains collection chamber, wash buffer for needle wash, anticoagulant, lower lock assembly, BM biopsy needle and also BM collection chamber Processing Unit, consisting of 6 Units MerisisTM Supercell glass tubes and 1 Unit MerisisTM PRFM (Glue) glass tube Preparation of Supercell tube containing – Thioxotropic gel and Ficoll, Sodium citrate Preparation of glue tube containing – Thioxotropic gel, Ficoll and activator (0.5ml Calcium Gluconate).
